Announcement for replacement of malfunctioned strainers free of charge and Apology.

We would like to express our thanks for your patronage.
Some of the defected strainers turned out to be mixed among other snare drums manufactured during the month of October and November, 2008.
We will be gladly replace it for you for free of charge.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Backlash and rattling at the tension adjustable section of strainer.

Rattling and bolt which lost its grip at handle section (A) and bolt section (B).

<Subject products>
Snare drums manufactured in the month of October and November, 2008.

<Verification method>
Manufactured date is shown on the sticker which is stuck inside the drum shell.
*The sticker can be checked from the bottom side of snare drum. *Products with these date "2008-Oct" or "2008-Nov" in the Date space.

<Coping Process>
In the worst case that malfunctioning of the strainer have been confirmed on your snare drum, we are very sorry to trouble you, but could you notify us by e-mail in the first place.
Then, we will inform you how to proceed to the next step. The relevant components shall be replaced and adjusted free of charge.
