Scott Drewes currently is the drummer with the United States Military Academy Band Jazz Knights from West Point, NY. He is in demand as both a performer and a clinician. Scott has performed with many artists to include Benny Golson, Rufus Reid, Mike Abene, Bobby Watson, Larry Goldings, John Pizarelli, Scott Wendholt and Gary Smulyan and has given clinics at Universities across the United States. Scott also is on the faculty at Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, NY. He received his Bachelors of Music degree from the Manhattan School of Music and his Masters Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park both in jazz studies. |
